Mikrotik RB260GSP network switch - is one of the modifications of a managed switch from Mikrotik. And despite its miniature size and low cost, it has a number of features that distinguish it from most other similar devices.

The main difference of RB260GSP is that it can act as a PoE injector. All five of its ports can supply power to other devices, such as wireless access points, etc., thereby saving you from additional wires and power supplies.

Mikrotik RB260GSP, like most switches in this series, is built using the Taifatech TF470 processor and is equipped with 96K RAM SRAM. And all switching is assigned to the Atheros AR8327 chip, which combines five 10/100/1000Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet ports and one SFP cage port.

The RB260GSP itself is powered by an external power supply or, using PoE technology, through the first Ethernet port .
