Інструмент використовується для широкого спектру завдань. Сфера використання. Пристосування застосовується для опресовування заглушок з'єднань: 8P8C / RJ-45 - з 8 проводами, для побудови локальної обчислювальної мережі (також інтернет підключення); 6P6C / RJ-12 - з 6 проводами, для підключення телефонного і іншої локальної зв'язку; 6P4C / RJ-11 - з 2 проводами для з'єднання телефону з линів зв'язку. Корпус виробу виготовлений з легкої, міцної сталі. В конструкції застосовується модульний держатель 8P.
