Patch panels PowerCat 5e are the main type of switching equipment for creating fixed lines and Gigabit Ethernet signaling paths. IDC-contact has a working edge in the shape of a letter V, which, after connecting to them the wires are slightly bent, eliminating the effect of metal fatigue. Each port is equipped with a patented spring-loaded damper, which can be optionally equipped with colored marking icons in order to increase the efficiency of administration procedures. The panel can be additionally labeled with user and linear labels. The case of the PowerCat 5e panel is made of cold-rolled steel, which ensures its high mechanical strength.

Basic properties:

• The panel is available in 1U versions with 24 ports and 2U with 48 ports.
• Each port is equipped with a patented spring-loaded damper that blocks incorrect connections; effectively protects the socket from dust and dirt;
• The panel has patented IDC contacts with V-shaped working edges, which, after connecting the wires to them, are slightly bent, eliminating the effect of metal fatigue
• Clamps with a special pointed shape increase the speed of installation work and effectively hold the plug cable.
• Outlets of sockets have a double color marking system, which allows you to connect with the layout of the wires on the schemes 568 A / B.
• Availability of front and back labeling of individual ports, as well as identifying labels of the panel itself.
• The panel contains four 6-port groups of socket modules.
• Individual outlet modules can be replaced independently of each other.
• Integrated rear organizer ensures compliance with the standards for the bend radius of linear cables.
• The panel can be supplied in versions for installation in 19-inch and metric mounting constructs.
• Line cables can be connected using conventional percussion instruments.
• RJ45 ports allow connection of RJ11 and RJ12 plugs.
