Hub D-Link DUB-H7

The DUB-H7 is the 7th port hub for the Universal Serial Bus USB 2.0 bus, which allows you to connect up to 7 peripheral and other USB 2.0 devices to a PC or iMac. Realizing the idea of using a standard bus outside the computer case, this compact device expands the capabilities of PC and Mac by adding 7 USB 2.0 ports to the system.

Direct connection
The DUB-H7 provides quick and easy access to 7 type "A" ports used for connecting peripheral and other devices that support USB 2.0, as well as other USB hubs. One type "B" port is used to connect the DUB-H7 to a computer or other USB hub. Configured directly by the operating system, the DUB-H7 supports Microsoft OpenHCI, Intel Universal HCI standards and the new USB 2.0 EHCI specification.

Low-speed, full-speed and high-speed data transmission with buffering
Like any standard USB hub, the DUB-H7 buffers data for any peripheral or other device according to USB 1.1 and 2.0 specifications, providing a transparent USB bus extension. By supporting data transfer at a low speed of 1.5 Mbps, full speed of 12 Mbps, and high speed of 480 Mbps, each hub port creates a bridge between the peripheral and the computer.

Versatility and ease of use
On the case of the device are diagnostic indicators that show the status of ports and power. The DUB-H7 comes with a USB 2.0 “A” - “B” cable with a length of about 180 cm and a 5V / 3A DC power adapter.
