Courier in Kiev 60 ₴A feature of the cooler for the Noctua NF-S12A PWM case is the ability to control the speed using PWM when operating from a standard four-pin connector, implemented by the proprietary Noctua NE-FD1 chip. The fan is housed in a plastic frame, fitted with anti-vibration pads and equipped with a self-stabilizing oil bearing (SSO2) rated for an average of 150,000 hours of uptime. There are special Anti-Stall Knobs on the seven blades of the impeller, which should prevent the fan from stopping when operating at low speeds. The maximum rotation speed is 1200 rpm with a noise level of 17.8 dB .
