Courier in Kiev 1 ₴New development company Corning Cable Systems - distribution block 1000RT series of high-density mounting (HD). This unit allows you to maximize the use of the space of the cross cabinet (remote unit) to connect more lines.
The capacity of a block with a size of only (HxWxD) 180x137x163mm is 200 pairs. These indicators were achieved by developing new solutions:
- • IDC contacts are located on the front and rear of the skirting board;
• The cable side is connected to the rear, and the crossover to the front side of the skirting board;
• Changed the way of laying wires in skirtings. Cable channels for wires are excluded, as in series 1000RT and 5000;
• Shorter contact springs are used.
The result of these changes was:
• Reducing the height of the plinth by 9mm;
• Best data transfer performance - up to 30 MHz (VDSL2).
The 1000RT series of high-capacity blocks also includes blocks for 100 pairs (10-pair plinths) and 120 pairs (8-pair plinths).
The block consists of plinths of 8 or 10 pairs in a multiple of the capacity of the block. Skirtings are installed in a metal frame of the appropriate type (200, 100 or 120 pairs).
