The Godex G500 UP (5846) label printer is equipped with an auto -sensor — a label edge sensor — equipped with not one, but two LEDs. In practice, this means the ability to work in two modes - for reflection and for light. Thus, any restrictions on the use of labels associated with the density of the substrate are removed. This also allows you to use labels with a black mark. The position of the sensor itself is easily adjustable, allowing you to work with labels of irregular shapes. And you can either set all the label parameters manually, or transfer it onto the shoulders of the Godex G500 - in the auto-sensory mode, it determines the parameters of the filled labels.

The Godex G500 UP (5846) label printer prints at a resolution of 203 dpi at speeds of up to 127 mm / s. It does not hit the face in the dirt and the speed of the electronics - the new powerful ARM7 processor has given a significant performance increase (up to 80% compared with the previous series). How to keep the compactness of the case, but at the same time allow the printer to work with consumables large winding? Godex designers have proposed an ingenious solution - there is a special hole on the back of the printer. A roll of labels of a larger diameter is placed on the external holder (optional) on the back of the printer, and the labels are passed in through this opening.
