The YMCKH ribbon was designed for Evolis retransfer printers and allows you to use different non-PVC cardboards. Cards made of polycarbonate, PET-G polyethylene terephthalate and ABS plastic.
Polycarbonate cards are ideal for use in situations where durability and high security are high.
The YMCKH tape consists of a full-color tape (YMC) and a resin black tape (K) with an additional heat sealing panel (H).
The heat seal panel is a special coating that is applied after the Y, M, C, K panels to ensure a good transfer of the print to the card with an uneven surface.
Ribbon RT5F013NAA is designed for use in Avansia card printers.
An Evolis electronic key comes with each color ribbon. You must first install the ribbon and then insert the key into the printer.
This Evolis package uses an RFID tag system that automatically recognizes the type of ribbon installed in the printer. Without pre-installing the key, printing is not possible.
